AGPO certificate for people with disabilities

Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) is an affirmative action program, ensuring that youth, women and people with disabilities have equal opportunities to participate in Government procurement.

People with disability businesses seeking to participate in this program must be registered with National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) and also obtain registration with AGPO. To obtain AGPO registration the ownership structure of the business must ensure that at least 70% of the business is owned by individuals with disabilities.

Plant and equipment examination allows Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services (DOSHS) to maintain installation and examination information on boilers, hoists and lifts, cranes and other lifting equipment, air receivers, steam receivers, refrigeration plants and cylinders for compressed/liquefied gases.
