For information on countries whose nationals do not require a visa to enter Kenya, persons who do not require a visa to enter Kenya, the countries that have concluded visa agreement abolition with Kenya, countries whose nationals may be issued with visa on application and without reference to the Director of Immigration Services provided that they are not prohibited immigrants or inadmissible persons and referred visas one can refer to the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Rules 2012 - 5th schedule. One can obtain the visa from at any entry point in Kenya upon arrival. For information on the different points and times of entry into and exit from Kenya refer to the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Rules 2012 - 4th schedule through the following link http://kenya.eregulations.org/media/Kenya-Citizenship-Regulations-2012.pdf. Jomo Kenyatta International Airport has been used as an illustration of an entry point.
A pass specifying the duration in the country is imposed on the passport once the individual obatins the visa
